Refund and return policy

This policy applies to purchases from SMARTAURA Pvt. Ltd. through this website. It should be read together with our Terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility for returns

A return request may be submitted only after your order has been delivered. You may submit at most one return request per order. If a return has already been requested for an order, another cannot be opened for the same order.

2. How to request a return

Signed-in customers can request a return from the order detail page after delivery, by providing the reason for the return. We review requests and may approve or reject them in line with this policy and operational constraints. If you need help, use the Contact page.

3. Process after approval

If we approve your return, we will coordinate the next steps (such as pickup or return instructions). A refund is completed only after the return process reaches the stage where we mark the return as refunded in our system (for example after pickup and verification, where applicable). Until then, your request may show intermediate statuses.

4. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible, or as otherwise agreed. Timing depends on banks and payment partners after we initiate the refund from our side.

5. Non-returnable or partial cases

We may refuse returns that are ineligible, incomplete, or where goods are not returned in acceptable condition. Certain items may be excluded from return where required by law or as stated at purchase; any such limits will be communicated where applicable.
